The five-star reviews this company gets are well-earned. I was a bit apprehensive that they may have gone out of business since all the other reviews are from 2018, but they’ve survived the lockdown and are still doing the excellent work that others commend.
Everything about the work I needed done was first-class. I got an immediate response to my initial query, we set a time and date for the work to be done, and then I was sent an email confirming those details with a Google map identifying the location of my house. An opportunity, in other words, to correct anything wrong.
The repairman arrived exactly on time, reviewed the work to be done, and had it completed in less than an hour. We had two jobs for him and both were done expertly with no mess to clean up later. I’m guessing they charge by the number of people sent and by the hour. Immediately after the repairman left, I got an email invoice with a fair and reasonable price for one man, working one hour.
I’ve had trouble these past two years finding an available and competent handyman. No more! Toolbox is IT from now on!
